General Terms and Conditions Agency

Art of Colors Agency is an agency for makeup artists, hairstylists, and beauticians. Clients of the agency work with young talent who are up-to-date with trends and are technically and creatively skilled.

At Art of Colors Agency, we prefer to work transparently and personally. Below is how we collaborate:

Introduction

We always start with a non-binding conversation to explore if and how we can contribute to your project.

Quotation

Is the assignment clear? Then we will send a non-binding quotation.

Order Confirmation

After your approval of the quotation, we will confirm whether we can accept the assignment. The assignment is only final after our confirmation.

Payment

For a first assignment, we ask that the starting fee be paid no later than two days before commencement. For subsequent assignments, we invoice afterwards, with a payment term of 14 days.

Cancellation

In case of cancellation by either party:

• Up to 48 hours before commencement: 25% of the accepted quotation will be charged.
• Less than 24 hours before commencement: 50% of the accepted quotation will be charged.

Quality & Replacement

We guarantee the quality of our artists. If replacement is necessary, we will arrange it. The condition is that the client informs us immediately (by phone and email) if the artist is not present at the start.

Liability

We do not accept liability for conditions of the client of which we have not been informed in writing in advance and agreed to.

Applicable Law

By placing an order, the client agrees to Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the Court of Amsterdam.
